CATHAY INDUSTRIES Group, Hong Kong-based manufacturer of iron oxide and chrome oxide pigments, announces its investment, together with Tonghua Group, to build a new, state-of-the-art production plant for yellow, red and black iron oxide pigments in Tongling (Anhui Province, China). The joint venture plant to be known as Rely Science & Technology Co., Ltd., will use the most modern technology, including fully integrated waste stream recycling.
